how is pricing structured?
Pricing is usage-based; the longer and more frequently you use the service the lower the pricing. The other pricing consideration is the level of service. Think of these service levels as good, better, best.
Are the hires we make guaranteed?
We like to say “Recruiting is like a box of chocolates you never know what you are going to get.“ Because your hiring costs are so dramatically reduced we are unable to guarantee a candidate will work out. This however is offset by the fact that you have unlimited hires from the pool of candidates we send you and your reduced cost per hire.
What kinds of cost savings will we have?
Clients frequently realize a 60% to 70% savings when compared to a contingent agency placement fee.
Are there long-term contracts?
You can use our service by the hour, day, week, month, or year. You can cancel anytime and there are no long-term contracts.
